sharleen2988
hi all we have applied for 489 visa NT as my husbands trade is on there list. we havent been to that end before. we wanted to either go to adelaide or perth. If we hate it there can we move before the 2 yrs is up we have been told its not a legal requirement to stay for 2 yrs only a moral one. Is this correct Thanks
sun2
Hello Sharleen2988, 489 is a temporary visa and it is legal requirement to complete your two years mandatory period, whereas in 190 category it is more of a moral obligation.
