ROO101
I lived in WA for 3 years and have been back in the UK for over a year as my Dad is poorly. I have just been granted PR which I applied for off shore. The visa conditions state that to activate the residency I need to re-enter Australia before 3rd November 2015. My question is do I have to stay for a certain period of time or could I stay for three weeks or so and still retain my residency for the full four years?? Many thanks in advance

Ozmaniac
After you clear immigration to validate your visa, you could catch the next plane out of Australia if you wish. 3 weeks or even 3 hours would be OK.
