CameronsDad
Unless I'm wrong, I think the website has been updated to the following: http://www.immi.gov.au/About/Pages/service-standards/Family-visa-processing-times.aspx
lebourvellec
Individual processing times will vary depending on a range of factors. Service standards are aspirational and are not a guarantee that your applications will be processed within the time
CameronsDad
Indeed I agree wholeheartedly, and more than that, the target on these service levels is only 75%. Still, it is better to see that guide figure reduce rather than increase.
Gbamber
That's the Australian website. If you go onto the Australian embassy UK you'll see the processing times http://www.uk.embassy.gov.au/lhlh/immi_processing_times.html If it was 5 months then I'd be getting mine approx next week
CameronsDad
Ah. Ok. This thread was a mistake then. Sorry.
Gbamber
CameronsDad when we applied the thought it was going to be approx 5 months and got a shock when our immigration agent emailed to say that the times are 10-14 months. How can the Australian website be so out of date and they have updated other information on the page. I'm going to cross my fingers and hope everyone gets a 9 month grant and doesn't wait 14 months. I'm very optimistic haha maybe 4 months more for me.
