KirkyG Posted April 9, 2015 Share Posted April 9, 2015 Hi I appreciate this is pretty new but in the UK as of April 5th 2015, you are now allowed to transfer your children's CTF's into Junior ISA's. However, given that I am cutting my ties to the UK - is there an equivalent over here? If I were to transfer these small sums of money anywhere - wouldn't it make more sense to move them to Oz? I'm still in the U.K and hadn't even heard of the ISA option. Hope someone in the know answers soon. Other than that I was just going to keep it the same and put it to her grandparent address. Flappers263 Posted April 10, 2015 Share Posted April 10, 2015 The rules changed effective 6th April and now you can (finally) transfer between CTF's and JISA's however it's not always beneficial so check the clauses with your CTF first....
