chatterboxallday
I have my CPV granted and I did move to Oz and had to come back for private reasons. I still want to move to Oz but find myself in a dilemma as my family in Oz have fallen out with me. It's a very sad situation but I still want to move back to Oz as the issue will be resolved with time. My question is, can anyone, including my family in Oz actually prevent me from going now that I have my visa? Can they withdraw sponsorship at this point? Bungo
No of course not, it is your visa. You mean CPV right?

I thought so but I am relieved that someone has actually said it. Yes, I have a Contributory Parent Visa. Many thanks
Mike@Bonbeach
Also be aware that the CPV is only valid for 5 years from activation, so make sure you are back in Australia before then. Mike
