Pink bear natz Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 We are currently going for the 189 visa however just waiting my husbands ielts results due 14 March (done second time round) and advised if all else fails there is state nomination. lebourvellec Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 They are basically the same visa once granted. both PR visas, with not visa conditions but you have a moral obligation to live and work in the sponsoring state for 2 years once the visa is granted.
