gumster Posted February 2, 2015 Share Posted February 2, 2015 So my tenants have been living in my house for 18mths & we have decided to sell the house. We have marketed it below the valuation ideally so the house could be purchased for a buy to let & the tenants could stay. However the pictures taken by the estate agent look like a student squat. The feedback from viewings is that there is rubbish in the utility room thst smells, non off the toilets had been flushed & there was a strong smell of cat wee! When I contact the letting agent she told me that she wasn't aware of any problems with the property & if there was it was likely to be wear & tear. I even offered to pay for a cleaner to go round but then she said the tenants now want to leave!! I feel stressed with the whole situation & powerless to do anything! ! Rant over thank you!!
