Nearlythere1
Hi, and welcome, The fees have varying costs dependent on which one you are applying for and how many people are on it etc. Here's a link to the Australian immigration websites fees calculator for starters, but there are also skills assessment costs and medicals to be taken into consideration, dependent again on what sort of visa you are applying for.. Hope this helps.. http://www.immi.gov.au/visas/pages/pricing-estimator.aspx
tina0101
Contact a good agent for some advice - a lot will give you some good pointers for free during an initial phone call. Costs vary - type of visa, whether you use an agent, how many of you there are (remember, police checks and medicals all cost money too, it's not just the visa!). Good luck! Nearlythere1
Hi, Here's another link, this one is for MARA (registered migration agents) https://www.mara.gov.au/ You can find the MARA registered agents in your own country through here, be sure to use a MARA registered agent, as some people have been ripped off.. There are also a couple of them (registered agents that is) that use this site.. Best of luck with your plans..
Quinkla
The visa costs are on the DIBP website. But be aware that this is the smaller part of the cost of emigration. You have travel, moving, temporary accommodation, period of joblessness, fire sale of your stuff in the UK, replacing stuff in Australia. You may not encounter all of these costs, but you'll get some of them and they can be huge. Some people will tell you they emigrated with 15 pounds in their pocket and now own half of Sydney but they are the exception, not the rule. Good luck, though. Even though it is expensive, many people are glad they did it.
