starryskies
If anyone could answer my this question,I'd be very grateful.. I was in the middle of the process of applying for Australia PR through "Multimedia Specialist - ANZSCO 261211" (190 visa category) via a good migration company in my country. I've received a positive outcome from my ACS evaluation and so been waiting to do the EOI & Nomination Stages. Ive done IELTS 2nd of August and so still waiting to receive my results so that I can continue the process. But unfortunately,.. my migration company emailed me today ,saying that, a few state governments have published their Occupation Lists for the new financial year (July 2014) and unfortunately none of the states/territories list Multimedia Specialist - occupation at the moment.. I'm extremely sad. I was gonna apply for this as soon as I receive my IELTS results and never expected a situation like this Is there any chance of applying for my occupation again? Does anyone know my occupation "Multimedia Specialist - ANZSCO 261211" will be listed on near future? Thanks so much guys, Looking forward to hearing from you.. Pumpkin
Nobody knows what will be listed on future. This is not an occupation I recall seeing on a state list in the past either, are you sure it was ever an option?

starryskies
A question? When they removed an occupation, will it appear again on the next year list? Thanks in advance.
MaggieMay24
There's no way to know if it'll be added back or not. There's nothing you can do other than wait and hope, or see if there is another option available to you through other occupations.

Thanks in advance guys.xo As you already seem to be aware, this is an occupation that requires sponsorship by a state or an employer. Without that, no there is no chance of a visa.
