Wen66 Posted July 28, 2014 Share Posted July 28, 2014 Hi all, Is it sensible to rent short term holiday let for a month in Nov 2014, and hope to acquire a long term rental by beginning of December in Adelaide SA? I was hoping to short term rent for Nov/Dec, then secure a long term rental for beginning of Jan 15. MARYROSE02 Posted July 29, 2014 Share Posted July 29, 2014 You might find short term furnished accomodation booked up over the Xmas and New Year holidays, so if you can't get fixed up with long term accomodation by December, maybe book furnished to cover you from November to end of January?
