Chortlepuss
Hi there Has anyone experience of moving a child from 1 IB provider in Oz to another in UK? We were going to stay in Oz to the end of the IB which is in 1.5 years time, but have just learned our rental is not going to be renewed for that period and the prospect of moving again (or even twice if the next landlord decides not to renew) is just too daunting and expensive. :arghh: We had finally found a really nice rental, it was clean, well decorated, safe and quiet - But the reason for that was it was somebody's home and not a buy to let! I have been ready to go home for a while, hubby and child are ambivalent but agree that renting in Brisbane is just too damn hard and expensive Any thoughts? Quoll
No idea, sorry but I'd be on the phone calling to ask what might happen! Start with the school you're at now and then be calling ones you hope to move to - looks like a quick move might be on the cards huh?!
ScotsQuine
Be aware that not all IB schools cover the same subjects, I had a friend struggle to find an IB school in Houston (2007) that included geography! I found this IB site invaluable when we were moving countries http://www.ibo.org/school/search/index.cfm?programmes=&country=GB®ion=&find_schools=Find
