Can i apply for Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485)

Hello,

 

I would like to ask if i am eligible to apply the visa "Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485)".

 

Currently, I am on student visa and my student visa exp on SEP 2014.

 

Below are my details.

 

 

 

• · 1 year Diploma of business in PIBT (ecu)
• · 2 years Bachelor of business major in Human Resource Management and International Business in ECU
  
• · 2 years of experience in hungry jack’s as a manager
  
• · IELTS score of 6 each.
  
• · First student visa of Australia was granted on 2008.
  

 

 

 

HRM IS NOT IN SOL LIST.

 

 

 

Can I apply for Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) ?

I'm not sure what's going on with your post there, but if the occupation is not on the sol then I don't believe you are eligible.

If i am not eligible for 485 visa then what are the other options for international students who have graduated but not listed in sol. If you can suggest me.

From what you have posted, probably not.

 

You might consider consulting a registered migration agent about possible visa strategies.

You could look for an employer to sponsor you (hungry jacks will not be eligible unless you are in human resources, not a store manager).

If you can pass a skills assessment and find a stare who is sponsoring then that could be an option.
