kk123
Hi there, Scenario - Lets say I hold a temporary substantive visa and its due to expire tomorrow. If I apply for another substantive visa today will I be given a BVA? Do you still qualify for a bridging visa if your new visa application is given a day before your visa expires? Cheers Kane

wrussell
Assuming there is not a no further stay clause on your current visa. Yes - I should have written - If you lodge a VALID application. This would have covered 'no further stay' and other disqualifying possibilities.
