Visa advice needed

Newbie here with some visa problems. Would really appreciate if someone could provide me with advice/conclusion.

 

I am currently coming towards the end of my second year working holiday visa and currently have a job with the Department of Education and Communities in Sydney.

 

The company want to keep me on however due to government policy cannot offer me a 457 visa/sponsorship. I am employed through a recruitment agency though.

 

The role cannot be tailored on the skilled list so I cannot use a 457 visa provider.

 

I have contacted immigration and never get past the hold music.

 

I'm coming to the conclusion that unless I get a sponsorship (which is not going to happen) there are no other working visas that will enable me to stay. Is this correct?

 

Any advice people could give I would be very grateful.

You are correct if the job isn't on the csol or sol.

Do you have any qualifications and experience that are?

Thanks for the quick reply. The title of the role is Senior Customer Service Officer. I have experience in the media/advertising sector too but found it really difficult to find 457 down that route also.

No, unless you are actually a manager then you have no chance I'm afraid.

Is there not a student visa that let's you study and work which might help you gain extra qualifications? I might be very wrong!

There are student visas. They are mega expensive and you can only work for 20 hours a week.
