clan mac Posted April 21, 2014 Share Posted April 21, 2014 Hi, we are clan mac and we have been in this process for what seems like forever - long story short we got our 176 subclass state sponsored visa in March 2011. We validated the visa in July the same year. We put our house on the market early 2012 and have only sold this week! I thought that we would never get to Oz and it looked as though the house wasn't gonna sell. Have looked at some posts and I see that the visa process is changed and the new skilled migrant visa is a 189. Please God tell me that our 176 visa's are still valid?????????? I feel anxious and panickyto say the least, I checked our passports which state that we have until end of March 2016 to enter Australia. HELP PLEASE.
