Paudge Posted February 8, 2014 Share Posted February 8, 2014 Hi I was wondering if anyone knows what process an agency must go through to sponsor an individual for a 186 visa if the individual has worked for them for over 2 years via a Labour Agreement? It is my understanding that it is only the agency that could sponsor the individual for the 186 and not the actual company the individual works for. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
