I know its not a requirement and but i also have been refused work from one employer for not having it and yes they called me three time different people. But through a contact i had an interview and pretty sure i have a job,calling me next week i asked him about the qualification and he said its just silly. Employers should know by there cv and experience and references,but im still looking to get this if it makes it better to get future work or when applying as im sure having it will be something they prefer than someone not.
