pilotg2 Posted February 5, 2014 Share Posted February 5, 2014 So I'm about to apply for ACT Statesponship under a limited occupation... My occupation is also under schedule 2 in WA. Bearing in mind their new criteria will be released on the 1 March, if this were to be in our favour i.e. removal of job offer requirement (unlikely I know), BUT, would it be possible to cancel ACT SS and submit EOI to WA (Perth) SS, and if so would there be any consequences?
