Sponsored Working Visa

Hi, I am a teacher with approximately 20 yrs. experience in Sri Lanka. I lately completed the MA in Early Childhood Education at the Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK.

Since then I have been in permanent employment as a Nursery Nurse in a well established Nursery school in London.

I now seek a teaching position in Australia with sponsorship that would allow my husband to accompany me as a dependent.

Any views as per this query wold be appreciated.

I am now well familiar with the UK Education system and would be grateful for the opportunity to gain more experience in this field so that I may be better equipped to establish a school and impart my knowledge to the younger generation.

My CV can be submitted on request.

First, you need to check your eligibility to teach in Australia.

You then need to understand the normally, sponsored visas are temporary. It is also hard to gain sponsorship as a teacher. Particularly for primary / early years as there are more Australian qualified primary teachers than jobs.

It may be worth speaking to a migration agent.
