blossom Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 I believe you can, the only issue is if your partner visa somehow got granted first, then if they subsequently granted the student visa, the student visa would replace the partner visa. Adam Grey Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 You can, but you may run into a snag with the Genuine Temporary Entrant criteria of the student visa. This is a decision for the case officer so it's hard to call without looking at all the details.
