  1. I have got a subclass 309 visa, and there is a condition 8504, said my initial entry must be made before July 31, 2014. I did a trip to Aussie and leaved. Today I have checked my visa in VEVO, and found the condition 8504 disappeared. and other information is as below: Visa Grant Date: 15 April, 2014 Visa Expiry Date: 16 June, 2034 Entries allowed: Multiple entries to and from Australia during the validity of your visa Enter before date: 31 July 2014 I planned to immigrate to Aussie on October, but for the last sentence, enter before date: 31 July 2014. Currently I am not in Aussie, do I need to enter Aussie again before that date again? In my opinion I don't need to because I already made a trip to Aussie in June. Can anyone confirm my thought? Also I am calling Aussie Immigration but it is always busy... anyone have the email help address for 309 visa? Thanks!
  2. Thank you so much! And I was granted UF and 309 visa, but strangely the grant letter said "Stay For/Until: Indefinite".... Is there no expiration date for this type of Visa? Thanks!
  3. Hi Rupert, thank you. So normally what visa does 8502 condition apply? My wife is a PR, currently we are living outside of AUS.
  4. I have been granted the partner visa, both my wife and I are current living outside of AUS. And there are two conditions, the first one is a 8502 condition, entry after XXX (the name of my wife), the other is condition 8504, entry before 31 July.1. For the wording “After”, is there any specified requirement? Can I take the same flight with my wife, and my wife goes to Customs first, I wait her go, then I go?2. Is 8502 and 8504 a one-time requirement? For example, can my wife go to other countries after our entry to Aus? Also, can I made my first entry before 31 July, then I travel to other countries after 31 July, and go back to Aus in October? Thanks!
  5. Currently I am looking for an off-the-plan property, for major developers like Mirvac and Meriton etc., it is easy to know their reputation, but for many small developers, like DeiCorp, Toplace, is there anyway I can know their reputation and review status? Is there a government list recording any previously law suit/ build deficiency of the property developer? Thanks!
  6. I have filed the offshore partner visa, can I apply for the students visa to study in OZ before I was granted the visa?
