After a long 14-15 weeks of waiting, on 4th November I finally received my letter of determination from ANMAC! So I'm eligible to apply to DIAC! then yesterday on 8th November, I had my IELTS resit results - all above 8 so have enough points now for 189 PR visa!! Sooooo Happy!!!!!! Such a good week - perhaps I'll win the lottery tonight to finish it off?! Hope everyone else is having the good luck I've had too!!
