I completed mine in May, they took payment on 23rd May but still haven't heard anything back. My agent (who tbh isn't the best) says it's still in the processing stage and that if can take this long if there busy but I'm sure 20 weeks is more than expected? i have emailed them the other day but still awaiting a reply. I've also tried ringing them but due to the time difference I keep missing them - I plan for try again at 5am in the morn!! Thanks Rach Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
