If you are passionate about the maintenance industry, pride yourself on delivering great service and are a self motivated person who likes a variety of work, with the required skills we are seeking, apply now to be considered for this excellent career opportunity. Your primary role is to ensure the proper maintenance of buildings and equipment within the property department of an Aged Care provider. This will include attending to all maintenance requests for Village residents as well as at our Care Facilities. Daily activities include assisting the Property department with Servicing a Network/region of ILU villages and Residential Care facilities Liaising with other external sub-contractors Assisting with the development and implementation of on-going Maintenance strategies Working within a team of like minded maintenance people to provide general repairs and the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of plant equipment and structures. The applicant should possess good trade practices, and be able to work independently as well as part of team. A self motivated person who likes a variety of work would be ideally suited to the position. Multi-tasking would be advantageous, as our work extends through all trade practices. Previous Experience or Qualifications in any of the following fields would enhance your application: Electrical, Plumbing or HVAC.
