Charlie2312
Hi im planning a working holdiay down the east coast (Cairns to Sydney) and with 6 years experience in bars and pubs (3 of them as an assistant manager) I thought looking into bar work when im out there is a pretty safe bet. After doing some research into Bar work when over in Oz, it seems that I need an RSA Qualification. I have my own personal licence in the UK, and would like to know if this is transferable and if not is there anyway to get the RSA done before I go out there? Charlie2312
Thanks, thats a big help. Do you know what the difference is between the RSA in QLD and NSW, or which course I would be better off taking?

Britpop
I've not done it but looking into it make sure you use a legit certified provider. Also, you need to be covered for the state you are in as they have different requirements so you need 4 state certificate or do do the course for each state http://www.onlinersa.com.au/index.php/Frequently-Asked-Questions
MARYROSE02
If the RSA certificate comes under state law, then different states have different regulations, so you may need to do the course in each state you plan to work in?
