I am just filling out the From 201 - Application for registration as an Australia Company. And i have come to a part which is asking to 'Appoint Officeholder' in the small print it says (A proprietary company must have a minimum of 1 Director (Resident in Australia). Obviously I am an australian resident for tax purposes... but is this an end to the business or is there a way around it?? What can i do... I have invested into the company and really want it to work... Details I am on the 457, granted July 2013. Regional. Applying for Rsms in December.
