Anyone who feels scared about the 457............ its not all bad You only live once............ go for it.......... maybe it wont work out, maybe its not the most secure way but maybe you will get you where you want to be in life...... We were lucky, 4 months after being here on a 457 QH sponsored us for PR. Had it since and never looked back. Citizenship application in process. However, the job market has drastically changed and if it was the same 4 years ago as it is now (Brisbane anyway), we probably wouldn't have come over.
