However, we are building and are due to move in approximately end of November. We actually anticipate completing on the house in the first week of November, but need a couple of weeks to paint and floor it etc! Dates therefore can be a little flexible. Our lease is due to expire at the end of February 2014, so we are looking to find a tenant for this 3 month period. The house is a long term, unfurnished rental,so a longer lease (6-12 months would be available afterwards if needed).
