1. We are currently renting a lovely 5x2 house in Leeming. We have been in the same house for 3.5 years and love it. However, we are building and are due to move into our new house on Sat 16th November. Therefore the rental is available as of Wednesday 20th November. Our lease is due to expire at the end of February 2014, so we are looking to find a tenant for this 3 month period; however, I understand the landlord is offering a 12 month rental as of November. The house is a long term, unfurnished rental, so you are safe knowing you and your family are not going to be moved on, as if often the case with rentals. Unpack your container and make it your home! Leeming is a wonderful family friendly suburb: 20 mins from the CBD, 20 mins from Fremantle and 20 mins to the Hills – perfect! We would not live anywhere else, and have chosen to build in this suburb too. Leeming is ideal for wonderful state schools; schools which perform excellent on the league tables, hence we chose the area in 2010. Primary and High schools in walking distance of house. Our daughter still goes to Leeming Primary and loves it. House is in a quiet residential street, neighbours are wonderful 2 mins walk to two play parks 5 mins drive to Murdoch University 20 mins drive to the CBD 20 mins drive to Fremantle 25 mins to airport Great high school Choice of 3 good primary schools 10 mins walk to shops (doctors, dentist, deli, supermarket, butcher, off licence, hairdresser, beauty salon, Chinese etc) Air conditioning throughout Master bedroom with walk in robes and en-suite Large kitchen with newly replaced oven and hob(less than 6 months) Two large living areas Large patio area for outside dining Two golf courses one 5 mins/one 10mins away Adventure World water theme park – 8 mins drive from the house! Two enormous lemon trees for a constant supply for your G&T Message me for details/address and photos
 2. We have lived in Leeming for 3.5 years and totally love it - and have just built a house in Leeming too, we couldn't imagine living anywhere else! Ideal for all amenities; great local shops, and 20 minutes to everywhere else, CBD, beach, hills etc. Very family friendly area too - you will not go wrong with this suburb :-)
 3. This beautiful property is still available - 5 bedrooms, safe street, great neighbours in a well placed suburb, easily accessible for the freeway and train station. Lots of photos available, message me for further details. $550 per week - initial 3 month contract on offer with option of 6-12 thereafter. - See more at: http://www.perthpoms.com/forum/renting-real-estate/12806-lease-break-family-friendly-suburb-leeming-5x2-520-per-week.html#post72739
 4. We are currently renting a lovely 5x2 house in Leeming. We have been in the same house for 3.5 years and love it. However, we are building and are due to move in approximately end of November. We actually anticipate completing on the house in the first week of November, but need a couple of weeks to paint and floor it etc! Dates therefore can be a little flexible. Our lease is due to expire at the end of February 2014, so we are looking to find a tenant for this 3 month period. The house is a long term, unfurnished rental,so a longer lease (6-12 months would be available afterwards if needed). 5. Congrats on the pregnancy :-) Murdoch Uni has a regional campus at Rockingham, solely for Education studies - You could do your course there - and drop part time when things get a little 'b busier? It is a fab campus and the staff there are wonderful!
 6. Leeming itself has a high School (Leeming Senior High) which I believe is ok, I have several friends whose children go there. Murodch uni is about 4 miles down the road from Leeming and offers tons of courses, including Business and Law.
 7. Hi, My oh got his ANMC positive skills assessment back today - and it states on his letter it lasts for two years. Sorry, don't know the answer to your other question :jiggy:
 8.

Hi Ali, no, I've replied to everything you've sent me ... did you send it to my home computer? Try again

Hugs

 9. Gibbo (and Perth Princess) Thanks both very much for this - what a mine field it all is - and what differing messages all of these organisations give us - red tape wherever you go! big thanks though, much appreciated Alison
 10. Hi Gibbo - I wonder if you have had any further dealings with regards to your registration? I have been reading you post and also your reply from Ali and I am still confused :chatterbox: I have sent an email to the ANMC link as supplied by Ali - but not heard anything yet (24 hours) - I also sent an email to WA nursing board, whom I have heard back from this morning - they emailed to say that I cannot ask for my details to be sent from the ANMC and I do still apply ($220) and ($120) in exactly the same way as any other candidate; therefore need to still send duplicate copies of all verified papers etc etc...... Can anyone who has done this recently advise - am I to assume that maybe they have changed their systems recently and the option offered by Ali is no longer available?? Anyone - help?! big thanks, Alison
