HappyHeart Posted August 26, 2013 Share Posted August 26, 2013 I'm getting some quotes in as Westpac decided to increase our premiums by 25%...I do not think so....fobbed me off with standard answer as to why premiums have risen when i called. First quote I got from Aussie was same as last years old quote so that's a pack of lies... I think we may be overinsured. I've done those calculator thingies but not sure how accurate they are... Can anyone give me some ballpark figures for what they are insured for. The rebuild cost seems too high..we have a regular 4x2 not huge, average sized rooms. Contents..nothing of high value, all middle of the road stuff...whats a sensible figure do you think?
