The company we used in the UK use Grace here and I'm sure the rep in the UK told us they'd unpack and build beds etc. but I can't find it written down anywhere. Anyone have first hand experience? Alaska Posted August 22, 2013 Share Posted August 22, 2013 I think ours was "supposed to" but it didn't really happen although they did put things in the right rooms and did the beds. They wouldn't/couldn't do anything that was Ikea furniture but also refused to do things that weren't Ikea like my daughter's wardrobe. I wasn't home at the time so I'm not sure on the reasoning. Beddy Posted August 22, 2013 Share Posted August 22, 2013 Ours did unpack until we requested they stopped half way through because our rental could no longer cope with our worldly goods . We then unpacked the remainder in our own time and still after a year have some unpacked boxes . we saved our boxes and flat packed them which have now come in useful as we are moving to a bigger property.
