I assume that in Oz cars are grouped the same way as here in the UK depending on engine power and sportiness? Many thanks for any help. Cheers, Steve. Guest Nelson Posted March 4, 2008 Share Posted March 4, 2008 I can't answer your question but I can tell you that our car insurance over here is considerably cheaper than it was in the U.K. My dear husband was one of those guys that had to answer 'yes' to the questions that insurance companies want you to answer 'no' to, but it hasn't affected us at all here. For instance, he was not a British Citizen, has lived elsewhere, had had major heart surgery, had had an accident in the last five years...
