My OH needs to fill out a 1221 and one of the questions has us stumped. They want the details of any previously held Australian visas. We have been to Oz 3 times previously and obviously had a visa for all 3 visits, the 1st is not an issue as it was a WHV and was printed in her passport but the last 2 times we have just had ETA's and have no details of them. Chaz06013 Posted August 17, 2013 Share Posted August 17, 2013 Hi there, If it's any easier, you can call immi on 1300 number AEST and give them your passport number, and request for the other two visa numbers linked to your passport.
