We are planning on taking our cat with us with PetAir. When do I need to start getting her vaccines and paperwork etc etc ? I'm just conscience of the timescales now. Rabies vaccination now then rabies blood sample in 3-4 weeks after that then your cat can enter (ideally) 5 months after that, so that is why you need to get started quicksmart!
