james007
1 - I thinks its 2 years 2 - You can lodge EOI after recieving assessment and your IELTS test has been done.
thesahaatawat
thanks for reply. but i think i could not explain my 2nd question properly. my 2nd query was : what if my ACS assessment is not successful (though I am not sure what can be reasons - or it never happens) then when can i again apply for ACS assessment? I mean is there any blackout period i.e any gap after only that gap i can apply for assessment . could i make it clear this time.
arrumac
I believe you can re-apply straight away, its your money!, on occasion I have seen posts where the ACS have been quite kind and suggested the applicant applies under a different job code. If you are unsure it is wise to hire a registered migration agent, applying to the ACS can be a minefield especially if you have a non IT degree and lots of IT experience
thesahaatawat
thanks a lot. one more Q: when we get the option to upload addition documents while applying ACS? after submit ? Should we really upload additional documents or only to the points documents should be uploaded.
FP215
You should upload all relevant documents that ACS ask for, copy of your passport, CV, Degree, Degree Transcript and all of your relevant work reference letters. If you miss anything ACS will ask for additional docs but it will hold up the processing time of the assessment.
