Petals Posted July 22, 2013 Share Posted July 22, 2013 Some experience as a mid wife, there is no shortage of graduate nurses and midwives in Aus. Its skilled nurses and midwives that are needed. There is a thread for nurses on this forum and if you read through it you will get an idea of what is required. Also good idea to post in it if you want an answer. Also put which State you are looking at because the States have separate governments and are not the same. Also shortages will be different from State to State as is salary.
