Unsure about the fhog,spoke with the broker who also doesn't know a great deal other than the fact the changes start September 15th. HappyHeart Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 Have you looked at Wanneroo? Barely 5 mins from Edgewater and cheaper. Lots of nice houses in quiet pockets. Much cheaper than Edgewater and better facilities. Our timeline was 6 weeks but we could have done it sooner, we offered 20k below asking price and ended up paying 3 k more than we offered after bargaining...depends how long it's been on the market and how much you want it!
