They have said that their agent is charging extras for doing the RCB approval part as it is very detailed..? Just how much detail is required? The company is in Perth and is 5 years old. blossom Posted May 12, 2013 Share Posted May 12, 2013 Lots of detail. My company is over 150 years old. We failed the rcb the first time. Firstly on a point which they just hadn't read the application properly, and secondly because they consulted a local employment agent who told them they could find qualified Aussies to do the job. My agent and employer had to point out that the job had been advertised for a full month, on seek, in the local paper, and another employment website, and not one australian person qualified had applied, either in their own or put forward by an agent. We passed eventually, but it took months and was very stressful for all involved. This is not the norm, but yes, your agent does need to do more work with this part too.
