SW1 Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 My partner and I have moved inland to get sponsorship from a fencing contractor as i am a fully qualified joiner . We have a great relationship with my employer but they do not meet the company requirements in order to sponsor us. We are devastated! The plan was to get the 457 and then once i am 3 years post grad in November we can apply for the rsms visa... Is there another visa We can apply for other than 457 with the current employer? blossom Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 If they don't qualify for the 457 then I'm afraid they are highly unlikely to qualify for any other visa.
