samlee1985
Hi Guys, I am currently going through the Employment section of the EOI and I wanted to check something with you guys...Ive recently started a new job and im worried that the CO will eventially call my current employer. I feel this will jeoperdise my employment (especially as I am not planning to move for at least a year). From previous employment I have the required 36 months of experience required to get the 5 points. Will they still want to contact my current employer who I have been with only one month? Can I ask that they dont? Should I even include my new employer on my EOI? Cheers
srg73
Yes yes and yes. Include your current employer, they will communicate with them and it helps with the application. As part of my application they wanted written references from my previous and current employer outlining what my roles involved on a daily basis. I'm a chartered surveyor working as a project and contracts manager and my application has made no difference to my current employment. S
samlee1985
My worry is I have only just started and still in my probation period. If I now advise them that in a year I maybe leaving its not going to go down well at all...
