Mummyof6 Posted March 21, 2013 Share Posted March 21, 2013 Hi just looking for some advice i moved to Adelaide in January (i moved from uk to brisbane in july last year) me n my ex partner have split up and im gonna apply for a residence order but would i need to apply to a court in adelaide or the uk my ex lives in brisbane with his girlfriend and he has had nothing to do with the kids since jan so is it best to apply for residence order Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
