Hi just looking for some advice i moved to Adelaide in January (i moved from uk to brisbane in july last year) me n my ex partner have split up and im gonna apply for a residence order but would i need to apply to a court in adelaide or the uk my ex lives in brisbane with his girlfriend and he has had nothing to do with the kids since jan so is it best to apply for residence order

Hi everyone just after some advice a week ago i moved to brisbane but am after some information My Daughter's r 1 yrs old n 11 yrs old My sons are 2 yrs old & 5 yrs old when do they start school?? Also can anyone reccomend any good schools in brisbane
