kateNollie
Have only ever borrow suitcases for holidays and now I have to buy them for our trip. Me and the littlen get 20kgs and the wife gets 30kg I think. What size in inches should I be looking at getting for suitcases? Have no idea whether I will get 20kgs in a 28inch case, or whether all three of us should be looking for 32's? Anyone spent time looking into this? wolvesaussie
many airlines now limit the size of your case to 62inches. u get that by adding length width and height together
kateNollie
Just seen the singapore site which mentions sizes of Sum of length, width, height of two pieces not exceeding 273cm (107in). I know people might say about it being important with what you put in weight wise rather than size, but its going to be clothing mainly and I certainly wont get 20kgs in a 16 inch case. Guest
I never use suitcases tbh. Always use holdall type bags as I think you get more in them for their size. Can really cram it in. I have a holdall that I know when packed to the gills (and can contain a few heavy books and a couple of pairs of boots) that it won't hit over the 20kg limit.
