Want to watch Wales v England 6 nations in Sydney hotel

Hi,

 

I will be staying in Sydney weekend of 16th March.

 

The 6 nations rugby has\will been screened on ESPN. Does anyone know of any hotels that have espn - preferably in the room as my kids will want to watch it as well?!

Most decent sized hotels have Foxtel which usually included ESPN.

There's probably some rugby clubs that are showing the 6 Nations but I'm not sure. There's a rugby club in the city near Circular Quay and behind Jacksons on George Tavern (I think).

Just remembered that last year, during the Wales tour of OZ, I was down at Bronte for a swim in the pool one Sunday arvo and I noticed all these big young blokes filing into the pool. Then I heard their Welsh accents!

Don't come on this site that often. Just wanted to say thanks for your tips. I called a couple of the pubs you mentioned, one of the guys told me as the match was on at 4am I would be better going to Cheers Bar. That's where I went and had a great night\morning!

Was 'Cheers' OK then? I don't go there often as Spurs have their own pub - Triple Aces - not that far away from Cheers, a few blocks and streets over on Elizabeth Street. I did go there a couple of times and think they have different groups of fans in different corners/levels according to their club for the EPL games. Will you be in there again for the Lions tour?
