My partner applied for TR -485 alone even we dated together that time and his one will expire on Sept 2013. My one but expires on May 2013,, we live together for 3y and can proof that,, is there any change we can get some visa,, like he can ask for me as his spouse at this stage? ( visa from jun-sept?) And what do you want to do - just find a visa for those three months or for longer? Please can you explain your situation more clearly for better advice.
