boom Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Hello, I received an invention to lodge my visa application for a 190 visa and wish to include my partner as a defacto on my application, however my partners employers has recently applied for his 457 visa and he has just been allocated a case officer for that visa. If his 457 is granted first then fine, but if for any reason that takes a while and the 190 is granted first, you must swiftly stop the 457 application. The reason for this is the second visa will cancel the first one...fine if the 457 comes in first followed by the 190, but if the 190 comes first then the 457 cancels it when granted...
