kxyzle Posted February 13, 2013 Share Posted February 13, 2013 hi all just wanting to check, my partner and i have a 176 visa and need to activate before may. my partner is main applicabt but works away at the moment he was going to travel to brisbane to visit friends in march to 'activate' the visa. our state sponsorship is for wa so would he need to travel to wa as well in order to activate? or is it ok just to go to brisbane. i am then going to go to wa to set up in april due to work comittments with myself so i will be staying then while my partner returns to work in canada. just wanted to check that it is all above board Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
