Actually owned/run by Japanese for a change, and makes the others in the ACT look like the insipid junk they are. And the best bit, only $2.90 for anything? Green Tea and Black Sesame ice cream isn't too shabby either. Closed Mondays, open until 8:00pm (9:00 pm Fridays) because of market trading hours, and cash only.
