Rupert Posted January 19, 2013 Share Posted January 19, 2013 Unless something has changed, the states sponsor for either regional or non regional, it didn't use to be transferable anyway. wan2no Posted January 20, 2013 Author Share Posted January 20, 2013 At present it seems to me that 489 is applicable to me if I manage 10 points from state. But after 5 months I will get five years completion of my job experience and that may lead me to apply for 190 with 5 points of state sponsorship. During completing my EOI is there any option to choose visa type in either ways? Do I need to submit a fix one prior to applying or getting state sponsor?
