dredg97
Hi all, I will move to Perth in February, alone in the first 3 months, then my wife and babies (4 and 1 years old) will join me in May. My target is to secure a job first, I probably have more chances if I'm alone and 100% dedicated to it. The second step should be to secure a rental. Is it possible to get it on my own or should all family be here, to sign paper, or simply be present during the rental application process? Obviously, it would be more convenient to get a rental on my own, as I would have more time to visit properties, apply, (hopefully) get it and arrange furniture. In this way the rest of family would find everything already in place... Thanks in advance for any reply.
